All fleece and outerwear from The North Face® and Charles River Apparel® are embroidered upon demand and shipped globally within 20 business days from ordering. Since each item is produced when it's ordered, embroidered SAIS fleece and outwear cannot be exchanged or returned. Please email us with any questions.

  • Free Domestic Shipping

    When you spend $99 or more at the SAIS Store, we'll pick up shipping to any US address. That includes international US military bases and all APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

  • Why Cardboard Boxes?

    Since cardboard boxes can be recycled (and reused, repurposed and refashioned) and light-weight plastic bags will just sit in landfills, we choose the box as often as possible.
